Q. What are your shop hours?
A. We are open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. We are closed on weekends.

Q. Do you have licensed mechanics?
A. All our mechanics and technicians are N.I.A.S.E certified. |
Q. Do I need an appointment?
A. Appointments are recommended but not necessary. Call ahead to schedule a while-you-wait oil change.

Q. Can I drop my car off when your shop is closed?
A. Yes. You can park your car in the front of our shop. Put your key through the garage door slot. |
Q. I only have one vehicle, do you have a rental car?
A. Enterprise Car Rental will pick you up at our shop.

Q. Can I pick my car up after hours?
A. If you cannot pick your vehicle up by closing time, just call and we can arrange to leave your vehicle outside. You may pay over the phone by credit card and we will lock your keys, invoice and receipt inside your vehicle. Make sure you do have a spare key.

Q. What kind of warranty do you offer?
A. Absolutely! One of the best around. We have an 18 month or 18,000 mile parts and labor warranty, whichever comes first.

Q. What types of payment do you accept?
A. We accept: Visa, MasterCard, Cash, Personal and Company Checks. You must have your name, current address, and telephone number on your personal check. Also a drivers license is required. All personal checks are subject to check verification service.
